  • OpenCL GPU Hardware/Software support, Mesa Rusticl ?

Dear All, I have some limited (1k €) project funding to invest into GPU hardware for experimenting with OpenCL code.
The objective is not extreme performance but training and evaluation for (mostly fully open source stack) HPC computing.
I wonder whether mesa rusticl opencl (or reliable alternatives) is anywhere usable nowadays on any of the following:

    AMD 7900 GRE 16Gb
    Intel ARC 770 16Gb
    Nvidia Rtx4060 16Gb

May I kindly ask you what do you suggest/recommend and why?

    Thanks in advance

Just a minor note: it does not _have_ to be a GPU: any many-core CPU will provide for good training, too.
E.g. with (old used) MacBook Pros you get a Apple's (deprecated, but still working) OpenCL implementation running on Intel CPU, the integrated GPU and possible an AMD GPU, which provided for an excellent platform to check out the different capabilities.
