I just installed 16.04.2 and the fist 17.10 version, and got the login loop, couldn't figure it out, reinstalled Ubuntu and used the newer driver (414273) and same issue. Is this... a thing with the new drivers? Should I wait, or use the old ones... or? Is there consensus on the best approach? I need to use these rx470's on Ubuntu.
