    I'm really interested to buy a Navi GPU when it's realeased but I hope that Ubuntu 19.10 will be come with Linux 5.3 kernel, otherwise I'm not interested into buying something that doesn't work when it's released and I'm not interested to wait more for support.

      huh? that's not the way AMD does things, if they are not adding its its either because the are lazy or because they don't have enough resources/ they have other priorities
