I'm really interested to buy a Navi GPU when it's realeased but I hope that Ubuntu 19.10 will be come with Linux 5.3 kernel, otherwise I'm not interested into buying something that doesn't work when it's released and I'm not interested to wait more for support.

Intel and NVIDIA have only promised support for DisplayPort's AdaptiveSync and not Freesync over HDMI.
