This is a bit confusing. on the official site there is 418.43: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driv...x/142958/en-us and the beta is at 418.42.02 which was released after 418.43. Where's the logic in that?

Also I tried to login and still can't access the download link.

Vulkan beta drivers are meant for developers not to end users(there will be bugs). It's a different branch from current release, usually a bit older code base than current beta or even stable release.
