If it had a GPU, they would've mentioned it, afterall it's one of AMD's selling points. So this board is both server margins and no GPU, not ideal for home use. But if they have any sense, they will make home boards too, with GPUs.
Even servers have a GPU of some sort on board. And as much as AMD is banking on HSA to the point of making server APUs it'd be pretty dumb of them not to include one on their server ARM SoC to boost performance whenever possible.
