Easiest way to tell which temp is which is to quickly drop into the Bios and check it from there.

This XS thread could be the answer to your issues. A lot of people have had problems with their on die temp sensors. It is classified as an errata. You can either return it, or ignore it. Also, you might want to try undervolting.
