Cheap low power graphic card with open source driver support?

Hi folks,

I need a graphic card in a PC that will serve as a remote session (xrdp) computer most of the time but I will connect a monitor from time to time.

I'm looking for a card that has out of the box driver support (running Debian testing) is cheap and has a low power consumption.
Any suggestions?

The cheapest to use an AMD FPU instead if a CPU because if its included GPU. If it's not possible, then try to look for the smallest AMD GPU you can find. That's what I usually did
