Forgive me if this has already been discussed -- I haven't been active in a long while and only occasionally lurk -- but besides S3 Texture Compression, what other patents may directly stand in the path of fully open-source OpenGL drivers?
I read that Arch Linux is shipping S3TC features with the upcoming Mesa release, so yay for that, but I was just curious about other patent-related headaches.
