fellow readers,
I'd like to share a pleasant observation on Firefox running very smoothing & nicely with HW acceleration forced on. Having ~25 windows with ~10 tabs each I not only notice a change in user-exeprience as oppose when HWA is off, but more importantly system is stable, no problems. Intel on the other hand (Fedora 21 + IvyBridge) is a disaster, hangs whole gnome and needs to be killed, Firefox that is.
So this is Fedora 22 rawhide and I've had it on only for a few days but this Firefox 35 behaves! Or rather Radeon + kernel + Mesa 10.5 do.
greetings.
