Moderation queue

Looks like prince1200 is another senior member account used for automated spamming. Are there unmoderated parts of this forum that are used as loopholes to turn accounts into senior user accounts that are then used for spam?

"Senior" accounts are those with 100 posts or more. Somehow over night with whatever new spamming software is out there, they're managing 180 posts quite quickly while still defeating the spam detection software... Beefed up the spam software a bit more this morning.
