Fastest booting fully-featured distro?

Title really says it all. Ubuntu boots slowly, starting to piss me off on the laptop, and I'm fairly sure Fedora/SUSE/insertmainstreamdistrohere aren't any faster, so I'm wondering if there are any fast booting gems out there.

You could try Puppy or DSL (Damn Small Linux) or even Knoppix. They're all small and have the same features of Ubuntu etc.
