well, he is the guy who arguably did the most work for pcsx2 in the recent year or two. vulkan suport, new qt gui and a lot of performance improvements...

that's because the driver comes with the firmware. and the interface of the firmware changing is a non issue.

looks like amd did it way better with atombios approach. but nvidia had to reinvent the wheel and failed.
