      Would love to see a fresh round of benchmarks with CPPC + AMD P-State + Preferred Core + various scaling governors to showcase the setup with highest performance per watt

          The mobile parts which have monolithic silicon with a different design, AFAIK.

            No, the mobile cores have the exact same Zen 4 design. Just monolithic and less L3. Zen+ was a slightly different arch from Zen (cache layout, clocking mechanism).

              They have the same cores, but they had to tape a new die design. What that means for CPPC I have no idea.

                Isn't it also (or even mostly) a platform level feature? If you want to switch frequency and voltage very quickly, you need regulators capable of that.
