identifying areas for improvement through audit

Internal Audits are an essential part of any compliance system such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. They help to identify areas of improvement and need to be performed regularly. That’s why our company undergoes regular audit.This time we wanted to use an audit management software to help our auditors and audit department manage all aspects of the audit process. We are still thinking of what software to get, we are choosing from TeamMate, Optial, ETQ and IDEA. What do you think is the best? Any recommendations?

Hi. I overheard my husband talking on the phone about audit and I heard him mention TeamMate. Perhaps you should check online if it fits your needs.

Thanks for the advice but we already decided yesterday to go for the one by ETQ as it suits are needs best. I'll keep it in mind though for future reference just in case we need it.
