Benchmarking The Linux 2.6.24 Through 2.6.29 Kernels
The Sparse Matrix Multiply performance was relatively flat-lined across the tested Linux kernels.
For a basic memory test, we looked at the integer addition performance with RAMspeed. The memory speed had not changed much at all on the newer kernels.
No changes with the integer scaling performance via RAMspeed.
