NVIDIA VDPAU Reference Benchmarks

At the request of Phoronix readers curious about the NVIDIA VDPAU performance between different GeForce graphics cards, here are some results.

This testing is quite simple and came down to running qVDPAUtest on several different generations of NVIDIA GeForce graphics hardware. The tested graphics cards included the GeForce 8800GT, 9600GSO, 9800GT, GT 220, GT 240, GTX 460, GT 520, and GTX 680. The Video Decode and Presentation API for Unix (VDPAU) was used in conjunction with the NVIDIA 295.40 proprietary driver from Ubuntu 12.04.
