Wine-Staging 1.7.52 Adds Tool To Make MSI Installers

Building off Friday's release of Wine 1.7.52 is now Wine-Staging 1.7.52 with a few more updates added in.

Wine-Staging 1.7.52 adds an implementation of the MSIDB tool for making and modifying MSI installers. There's also a wide-range of other patches that landed in Wine-Staging as they're not yet ready to land in mainline Wine.
