Ubuntu 9.10 Netbook Performance

The GtkRadioButton performance had improved just slightly with both netbooks and the new version of Ubuntu.

The X Render performance had jumped sharply as measured by QGears2 with its X Render back-end and the Gears test.

With the text test found in QGears2, the X Render performance boost was even more dramatic.
