Intel's oneDNN deep neural network library also enjoyed some speed-ups with these 3D V-Cache processors while also enjoying nice power and thermal savings.

NCNN benchmark with settings of Target: CPU, Model: resnet18. Ryzen 9 7900X3D was the fastest.

The NCNN neural network inference framework from Tencent was also enjoying better performance with the 7900X3D/7950X3D.

The LeelaChessZero chess engine with its BLAS back-end saw slight uplift with the X3D models but really became convincing when looking at the power efficiency improvements.
