Vulkan 1.0.65 Rolls Out With Documentation Clarifications & Fixes

Vulkan 1.0.65 marks the latest weekly update for the specification around this high performance graphics/compute API, but it's not particularly exciting this time around.

Vulkan 1.0.65 corrects a handful of documentation issues and makes various fixes as a result of developer feedback. There are 15 fixes/clarifications made as a result of reports via GitHub and one internal issue fix.

No new Vulkan extensions this week.
