NEMO-UX Shell Is A Futuristic, Multi-User Wayland Experience

Demonstrated at the ACM Interactive Tabletops and Surfaces (ACM ITS) event in Dresden, Germany the past few deays was the "NEMOSHELL" that looks like a futuristic user experience supported by Wayland.

The NEMOSHELL windowing system supports multiple devices whether it be touch panels or mice or other devices. NEMOSHELL also supports multiple users in a Docker-based container system, supports a range of applications that support Wayland while there is also X11 support, and there's desktop/embedded environment support.

NEMO-UX developers admit to being inspired by science fiction movies in designing this new user experience. The developers behind the project seem to originate from a university in Korea.
