Chris Wilson has released yet another xf86-video-intel 2.21.x driver point release.

Just a week after his last update, on Sunday he shipped the Intel 2.21.11 X.Org driver. This latest driver works on correct some outstanding bugs as well as a change to the initial configuration of displays. If there isn't a xorg.conf configuration file in use, the Intel DDX driver will try to keep the same display configuration as used by the kernel (with the Intel DRM driver), which in turn is the same configuration set ideally by the BIOS. If this is the case, the boot sequence should never be resized / mode-set at all until the display manager jumps into action.

More details on the xf86-video-intel 2.21.11 driver changes can be found via the mailing list announcement.
