Wine-Staging 2.4 is now available as the latest experimental Wine build that incorporates various testing/preliminary patches not yet ready for merging into mainline Wine.

Wine-Staging 2.4 builds off last Friday's Wine 2.4 release and incorporates a few extra patches on top of its already existing patch delta of new features and fixes. Added to Wine-Staging since their earlier 2.3 release are only a handful of patches and they seem to be mostly smaller fixes / implementation of missing features.

No official release announcement has yet to be published for Wine-Staging 2.4 for a concise overview of the work, but those curious about the patches added to this staging tree can find them via their GitHub listing.

Update: More details on Wine-Staging 2.4 have now been published to Wine-Staging.com.
