Wayland-Protocols 1.4 Adds The Viewporter Extension

Version 1.4 of the Wayland Protocols package has been released with a new protocol extension.

New to Wayland-Protocols 1.4 is the viewporter extension, which was previously known as wl_scaler. The viewpoert allows clients to crop and scale a surface server-side. In addition to adding Wayland viewporter, this protocols update also has a number of documentation fixes around other existing extensions. There are also some Autotools improvements.
