LINUX GAMING
It looks like the recent Linux game releases of DiRT Rally, HITMAN, and Civilization VI along with the debut of SteamVR for Linux was enough for Linux gamers to fire up their Steam clients in March.

During March 2017 there was a tiny increase in the Linux gaming population, according to the Steam Survey. During February was just a 0.75% marketshare for Linux while in March it increased... by 0.02%. The March stats from the Steam Survey show Linux up to a 0.77% marketshare. A quarter of those Steam Linux gamers are Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS users followed by a mix of other distributions.

The recent Ryzen launch wasn't enough to sway the CPU landscape for Linux gamers yet with 82% of the Linux systems said to be Intel while AMD was at 17%. The most common Linux graphics card remains the GeForce GTX 970 followed by Intel integrated graphics, then the GTX 960. In the 12th spot for most popular GPU is finally an AMD offering, the Radeon R9 200 series.

Long story short, no major change but at least a 0.02% reported Linux increase. macOS lost ground while Windows also gained a bit too. All the details over on the Steam survey site.
