GNOME
Pitiv 0.95 has been released today as a significant update to the GNOME-aligned open-source, non-linear video editor.

Pitivi 0.95 has further architectural/engine changes around GES, is now "100%" using GTK, and a ton of other bug fixing and low-level improvements. The big remaining part of Pitivi that had to be ported to GTK+ was its timelike feature. Pitivi 0.95 also has direct importing to the timeline, rewritten video mixing elements, compatibility with smaller screen resolutions, support for copy and paste across the timeline, and other changes. This release also gets rid of GNonLin from its codebase.
