The third and likely final planned development release of Phoronix Test Suite 6.8-Tana is now available for your cross-OS, fully-automated and reproducible benchmarking needs.

Phoronix Test Suite 6.8 Milestone 3 is now available and assuming no last-minute changes the official Phoronix Test Suite 6.8.0 release will be christened in the next week or two.

Phoronix Test Suite 6.8 M3 features some updates for the Phodevi (Phoronix Device Interface) abstraction layer and Ubuntu external dependency handling. The Phodevi work found in this M3 release includes some improvements around GPU detection, video RAM capacity detection, and various other hardware/software detection improvements.

These latest milestone changes build upon the earlier Phoronix Test Suite 6.8 changes to provide for yet another significant stable update to our multi-platform, fully-open benchmarking software.

Phoronix Test Suite 6.8 Milestone 3 can be downloaded from or the GitHub project site. Contact us for any commercial needs including any custom engineering, commercial support, and more.
