Ryan Gordon has announced on the Unreal Tournament 3 Linux mailing list that the Linux server for Unreal Tournament 3 will be out "very very soon". Ryan had went on to mention that they are working out some last minute bugs and that this server update should be out with the next Windows patch. Ryan had, however, not commented on when we may see a Linux (or Mac) client for Unreal Tournament 3.

The Windows version of Unreal Tournament 3 had originally shipped a month ago, but the Linux side has been trapped in some legal issues (AGEIA perhaps). Share in this Phoronix thread whether you think the Unreal Tournament 3 Linux client will be released this calendar year.
