Mesa 17.0.3 Released

Just as planned, Mesa 17.0.3 was released this weekend.

Mesa 17.0.3 features fixes to the GLSL compiler, fixes to the Intel OpenGL and Vulkan drivers, Gallium3D driver fixes, RadeonSI now has the Polaris12 PCI IDs, Nouveau has some performance fixes, and there are various other changes.

There are over 30 fixes in this release for stable Mesa users. More details via mesa-announce.
