Emil Velikov has announced new point releases in the Mesa 10.3 and Mesa 10.4 series in getting ready new open-source graphics drivers for 2015.

Mesa 10.3.6 has just a handful of updates over earlier Mesa 10.3 releases. There's fixes to i965, R600g, glx/dri3, RadeonSI, and other areas of the user-space graphics stack.

Mesa 10.4.1 meanwhile is the first point release to the huge Mesa 10.4 release that earlier brought on many significant performance improvements and new features.

Meanwhile for those wishing to live on the bleeding edge there is Mesa 10.5 development in its current form that might become known as Mesa 11.0 in early 2015 should OpenGL 4.0 (or later) support is finished up in time.
