The second release candidate to Mesa 10.2 is now available with more fixes compared to the Mesa 10.2 RC1 and branching that happened one week ago.

Mesa 10.2 has many new features but now the code is in a bug-fixing state until its release later in the month, which is tentatively scheduled to occur on 30 May. Weekly release candidates are coming out by the Mesa developers to ensure sufficient testing of this three-month update with the most notable users being the Intel, Radeon, and Nouveau open-source Linux graphics drivers.

Those not running Mesa Git that would like to test Mesa 10.2 RC2, you can find out more via the Mesa 10.2 RC2 announcement by Ian Romanick at Intel.
