
ARM binaries for Windows RT now have better chances of experiencing success when running on Wine/ARM. A register used by many Windows RT applications for the Thread Environment Block (TEB) is ignored on pre-3.11 Linux kernels while now it will be honored and be supported properly, per this Git commit.
