x86 Platform Updates For The Linux 4.10 Kernel

The latest pull request to talk about for the Linux 4.10 kernel merge window are the x86 platform driver updates.

New to platform-drivers-x86 is a new Mellanox hot-plug driver named mlx-platform. Changes to existing drivers include X1 Yoga (2016) Tablet Mode support in thinkpad_acpi, other ThinkPad ACPI improvements, an ASUS X45U quirk in the asus-nb-wmi driver, the Dell WMI driver adds events created by Dell Rugged 2-in-1s, Kabylake updates to the intel_pmc_core driver, and along with the Kabylake work in intel_pmc_core are updates for the Sunrise Point PCH.
