LibreSSL 2.2 Has AIX & Cygwin Support

LibreSSL 2.2.0 and 2.1.7 were released today.

LibreSSL 2.2.0 presents support for AIX and Cygwin as new platforms, improved build macros, various bug-fixes, and several security fixes.
