Libinput 1.8 Released

WAYLAND --
Peter Hutterer has released libinput version 1.8 for X.Org and Wayland systems as the generic input handling library.

The big change with the Libinput 1.8 release is adding Meson build system support and this being the last release with Autotools build system support. There are also other changes and improvements.
