LXD 2.0 Released, Makes Ubuntu's Container Hypervisor Production-Ready

St├ęphane Graber has announced the release of the LXD 2.0 container hypervisor. LXD was announced at the end of 2014 and today's 2.0 release is now the project's first production-ready release.

LXD 2.0 was released in time for the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS release due out later this month but is available via backports on Ubuntu 14.04 and also through the Ubuntu Core Store.
