GStreamer VA-API Plugins 0.7.0 Adds VP9 Decoder

GStreamer VA-API Plugins 0.7.0 has been released as the newest version of thsi set of GStreamer plug-ins for interfacing with video encode/decode accelerated by VA-API, the Video Acceleration API largely backed by Intel.

GStreamer VA-API Plugins 0.7.0 brings VP9 decoder support, fixes and optimizations to the H265/HEVC decoder, and better support for different OpenGL platforms and APIs.

GStreamer VA-API Plugins 0.7.0 also has some Wayland fixes, VA-API video memory handling improvements, and a wide assortment of other fixes.
