VALVE --
Valve has shipped a DLC to Dota 2 that appears to be the Source 2 Engine version of the game.

The Source 2 Dota 2 version is for OS X, Windows, and Linux. The update pushed a short time ago can be found on SteamDB.info.

Valve has been experimenting with their new game engine on Dota 2 for some time now but it seems like it's now being ready for a more formal rollout though there's been no official announcement from Valve yet today.

Source 2 is an improved version of the Source Engine and is the first game engine that will support the Vulkan graphics API.
