CMake 3.4.0 Released

KitWare announced the release today of the CMake 3.4 build system.

CMake 3.4.0 adds a new test operators for the if() command, the install command's options have some new additions, support for *.manifest source files with MSVC tools, basic support for Apple's Swift programming language, new properties were added, and there are a wide variety of module improvements.
