2016 SIGGRAPH Khronos Videos To Watch About OpenGL, Vulkan, OpenCL, glTF
The Khronos Group has now uploaded all of their session videos from last week's SIGGRAPH 2016 conference to YouTube.
Khronos had livestreamed the BoF sessions last week, but the service seemed to require Adobe Flash for at least some web browsers. Now the videos are on YouTube for viewing at your convenience and should work fine with HTML5 video playback.
During these talks there was news on the OpenGL 2016 extensions with SPIR-V, a renewed focus on safety critical APIs, confirmation Vulkan-Next is in development, OpenCL road-map items, and other OpenGL/Vulkan discussions. Prior to SIGGRAPH officially starting was the glTF update and Vulkan-Hpp.
The playlist of all the Khronos SIGGRAPH 2016 videos is embedded below for your enjoyment:
There are also the PDF slides for those short on time.
