Clear Linux, openSUSE Tumbleweed, and Fedora 29 were basically tied for first with the Stockfish chess benchmark while Windows 10 was running on par with Ubuntu 18.10 and the other 2018 Linux distributions.

Windows 10 did manage to pull ahead of the Linux distributions with the Primesieve prime number benchmark with the exception of Clear Linux.

While in the Y-Cruncher Pi benchmark, Windows 10 lost narrowly to all of the Linux distributions.

With the M-Queens test of N-Queens the performance was nearly the same across the tested operating systems.
