Windows 10 May 2020 Performance For WSL vs. WSL2

In heavy CPU workloads like the machine learning LC0 chess benchmark and NAMD, the WSL2 performance was quite good. In NAMD the WSL vs. WSL2 performance was the same but in the case of LC0, WSL2 was faster. For the Eigen back-end, the WSL2 performance even came out slightly ahead of Ubuntu itself -- likely due to better power management behavior on Windows or similar behavior.

With some of the Java workloads there was better performance out of WSL2 over WSL, but in these tests where OpenJDK was used throughout, bare metal Ubuntu 20.04 was delivering the best performance.
