The graphics-heavy MotionMark was the first test where the Linux distributions at large were all (sans openSUSE Tumbleweed) much faster than Windows 10 at least with the Radeon RX Vega graphics.

The MotionMark test under Chrome was even more in favor of Linux where even openSUSE Tumbleweed was faster than Windows 10 for this HTML5 graphics benchmark.

When running the Speedometer benchmark, Fedora Workstation 29 edged past Windows 10 on Firefox for the first place finish albeit was nearly a dead tie and followed immediately by Clear Linux.

When switching over to Google Chrome, Windows 10 returned to the top spot with a measurable lead over the other Linux distributions.
