Windows was slower than Linux in the read-only PostgreSQL tests but when running a single-thread of read/write tests, Windows ended up being much faster.

The Linux distributions were slightly faster with the Blender 3D benchmarks.

For Python's PyBench, Windows Server ran near the front, only being outperformed by Antergos and Clear Linux.
