Benchmarking Ubuntu 18.04 On Windows Subsystem for Linux: WSL Leading Bare Linux In More Tests

The ebizzy synthetic server benchmark was slightly faster on WSL than the bare metal Ubuntu 18.04.

The time needed to build the Linux kernel about doubles when building under WSL due to the slower I/O performance.

It's a similar story but less dramatic with the timed PHP compilation run.

POV-Ray ray-tracing performed similarly on Ubuntu 18.04 and WSL.

As did the Y-Cruncher Pi computation in this purely CPU-bound workload.
