Shadow of Mordor remains noticeably faster on Windows 10 over Ubuntu 17.04, but at least the gap is narrowing compared to some of our past cross-platform runs of this game.

The Talos Principle is one of the most interesting test cases due to having D3D11 / OpenGL / Vulkan options on Windows. Under Windows 10 with both Radeon graphics cards, the Direct3D 11 mode was by far the fastest followed by Vulkan and then OpenGL. Under Linux, the OpenGL results for Windows 10 vs. Linux were very close when using Mesa 17.2-dev + Linux 4.11. The Vulkan results under Linux remain slower than the Radeon Software Windows 10 driver due to the use of RADV as the Linux Vulkan driver. AMD still sadly hasn't been able to open-source their proprietary Vulkan driver yet and RADV has generally been slower than this official Radeon Vulkan code.
