XanMod-ing Ubuntu To Perform Closer To Intel's Clear Linux

The GEGL imaging library that powers GIMP and other photo applications is much faster on Clear Linux than the stock or modified Ubuntu setup.

The modifications to Ubuntu did help the GIMP performance some, but Clear Linux's GIMP packaging appears to still have more optimizations.
