The LuaRadio software-defined radio framework using the distribution's default Lua packages were showing performance regressions in some cases using Ubuntu 21.04.

At least with the GNU Radio SDR package, it's seeing better performance on Ubuntu 21.04 with this AMD EPYC server as found out-of-the-box on each release.
