Counter-Strike: Global Offensive as mentioned in the Radeon article has an issue with not supplying a window management hint and thus during automated testing runs into an odd behavior. But long story short, the CS:GO performance for Intel Kabylake graphics is unchanged by recent kernel/Mesa advancements.

Dota 2 with OpenGL and Vulkan saw little in the way of performance changes. The Intel ANV Vulkan performance in Dota 2 is about at the same level as the i965 OpenGL driver.
