Ubuntu 15.04 Brings Some Graphics Performance Improvements For Intel Haswell

While synthetic OpenGL tests, the GpuTest results show the Intel open-source driver stack on Ubuntu 15.04 driving higher.

There were some performance improvements to note with the popular Intel "Haswell" HD Graphics 4600 on Ubuntu 15.04 compared to Ubuntu 14.10, but the results weren't as large as the newer Intel Broadwell results.
